Four intimate, seasonal supper clubs celebrating real food, slow dining, and the pleasure of gathering around a shared table. Each menu is led by the season, created with organic produce wherever possible, and designed to support digestion and hormonal wellbeing without restriction or fuss. Every supper club is hosted by retreat chef, author, and gut & hormone specialist Margaret Bell.

Menus are vegetarian as standard. Vegan and gluten-free adaptations are available with advance notice.
