Two weekends each year, I open the doors to something truly special — an immersive experience designed to restore your nervous system, rebalance your gut and hormones, and remind you what it feels like to come home to yourself.

Set in peaceful countryside locations, the Nourish & Reset Retreats blend science, seasonal food, and soul — bringing together everything I teach about hormone and gut health into three deeply nourishing days.

Both weekends follow the rhythm of the year: Spring for reawakening, and Autumn for grounding. Each offers rest, connection, and real-world nourishment — with food that restores rather than restricts.

🌸 Spring Nourish & Reset Retreat

After the heaviness of winter, this retreat invites you to slow down and wake your body gently back up. Across three days, you’ll reconnect with your senses, learn how to regulate your nervous system, and rediscover how good it feels to be nourished from within.

  • Morning movement and mindful walking to open the body and quiet the mind

Deposit: £120 (balance due 4 weeks before the retreat)

As the light softens and the pace of life slows, the autumn retreat helps you steady your energy, support immunity, and ground before winter. It’s a restorative, reflective weekend filled with warmth, connection, and deeply satisfying food.

  • A welcoming Friday evening supper to ease you into the rhythm of retreat
  • Morning movement and mindfulness to open each day gently
  • Autumn Gut & Hormone Workshop with Margaret exploring how to care for digestion, hormones, and mood through seasonal shifts
  • Autumn Spice & Soothe Workshop — create your own spice blend and infused honey to take home, crafted to comfort digestion and strengthen immunity
  • Creative healing or restorative sound session with a guest facilitator
  • Quiet moments for journalling, rest, or reflective nature walks
