Through personalised weekly one to ones we will build on your intuition together so you understand what foods are best for you at different times of the day.

You will build an understanding to what your cravings are telling you, giving you the ability to really connect with your body and mind to overcome your emotional eating behaviours and tune into what your body REALLY needs.

We cover all aspects of emotional eating which effect you and work together to move you from being controlled by food to you being in charge of what you eat, when you eat and how much, with no guilt.

We will have a 30 minute call when you have made your booking so that we are able to gain clarity on the outcomes that you are looking for and to collate some details for me to understand your support needs.
